Don’t start your day before…

By PaulPetyt on August 13, 2020

We live in a world where we get easily disturbed. We are used to live in the future or dwell in the past.

In the morning we can easily start our day and without realizing begin to daydreaming until the evening.

Tomorrow, I would like you to add something to your morning routine, the very first task.

Don’t start your day before you practice some gratitude. Yes, it is very simple and effective exercise.

Try to think about things you are grateful for as you wake up, the chances are it will set your mood for the whole day. From my personal experience I know that the first 10 minutes determinate how I will feel throughout the whole day!

If you start your day by worrying about something, the chances are you will be worrying all day long. And I know that deep inside of you, you do not want that.

On top of that it will improve your self-esteem & mental strength. The studies have shown that gratitude reduces social comparison. War Veterans with higher levels of gratitude experiences lower rates of PTSD.

So please, take 5 minutes tomorrow morning & practice some gratitude! It can make a change for your whole day!
